Reliable gear, consistent quality

This isn't my first time buying from Lifebetic. I've bought a few things over the last year, including a Diabetes Supply Organizer and a T1D Lifestyle Bag. This time around, I ordered a Cooling Insulin Pouch. Just like my previous orders, it arrived quickly and the quality is consistent with what I've come to expect. Their products just work for me, so I keep coming back when I need something new.

Decent kit, few small issues

I ordered the Diabetes Travel Kit a few weeks ago. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, no real hiccups there. It took about 6 days for the kit to reach me in California, which was within their estimated timeframe. The kit itself is mostly good; it has enough compartments for my Insulin Pen Case, Glucose Meter Pouch, and Test Strip Container. The materials feel durable, not cheap plastic. I did have a question about cleaning the inside lining, so I used their contact form. Got a reply within a day or so with clear instructions, which was helpful. My only minor gripe is that one of the zippers felt a little stiff at first, but it loosened up after a few uses. It does the job well for keeping everything organized.

Okay purchase, could be better

I decided to try the Insulin Pump Belt and a few Sensor Adhesive Patches. The belt itself is comfortable and holds the pump well, which is a big plus. The patches are also decent, they stayed on without issue for a few days. Delivery took about a week, which was fine, not super fast but not slow either. My only minor complaint is that the product description for the belt could have included more detailed sizing info. I had to guess a bit, and while it fits, a clearer guide would have saved some worry. Overall, I'm satisfied with the functionality, but better product details would improve the experience.

Good value for a first purchase

I was looking for a new Insulin Travel Case and Lifebetic popped up. I signed up for their newsletter and got a pretty decent discount on my first order. The case itself seems sturdy enough for the price I paid. Shipping was free because my order was over 50 bucks, which helped too. Felt like a good deal overall.

Stuff arrived quick

Needed a new Medical Alert Keychain and a couple of CGM Patch Covers. Found Lifebetic, ordered them up. They got here pretty fast, like 4 days. Everything looked like the pictures online. Easy peasy.

are the insulin cases actually good at keeping stuff cold? like a full day in the heat?

N Nancy Moore 2 weeks ago
Yeah, I have the cooling pouch and it kept my insulin good for my 12-hour flight easily. haven't tested it much longer than that though.

Mine says it's good for 24 hours, and it's held up during day trips in summer. Def better than just a regular bag.

can you stack coupon codes on this site? trying to use my welcome discount plus another one I found.

B Betty Jones 1 week ago
Nah, just one code per order. Tried it before, didn't work for me.

i think they only let you use one at a time. it's pretty standard for most online stores these days.

Yeah, they're real. My endo actually recommended them for a travel case. I've had good experiences.

thinking about getting the T1D lifestyle bag, but also looking at something from Sugar Medical. anyone have experience with both?

D Danielle Ramirez 3 weeks ago
I've used stuff from both. Lifebetic feels a bit more durable and the designs are a bit sleeker imo. Sugar Medical is fine too, but I prefer the organization in Lifebetic's bags.

Myabetic is also pretty popular if you're comparing. Lifebetic's cases feel more geared specifically for T1D stuff, which I appreciate.

I'm in NorCal, and my last order for a cooling pouch showed up in 5 days. Not super express, but not bad.
